Founded in 2022, Journey Family Medicine is an independent primary care clinic serving the Eugene-Springfield area. Our knowledgeable and compassionate providers care for the whole person—physically, emotionally and socially—for optimal health and well-being. From preventive care and screenings to chronic disease management, we provide comprehensive primary care while also attending to your mental health and social needs. Independently owned and operated

A long-time dream of owner Pilar Bradshaw, MD, FAAP, Journey Family Medicine aims to fill an important need in our community for high-quality primary care and behavioral health care under one roof. Pilar also owns and operates Eugene Pediatric Associates and Thrive Behavioral Health, located in the same building as Journey Family Medicine. A healthcare trailblazer, she was the first pediatrician in our region to embrace the concept of fully integrating behavioral health and social work into a primary care clinic to support the needs of infants, children, young adults and grownups in a way that is thoughtful, thorough and seamless. She continues to care for infants to young adults as a pediatrician at Eugene Pediatrics exclusively.
